Do you dream of a just and equitable world, where everyone belongs?

Our world thrives with diversity. Ecosystems teem with life, and rich social tapestries woven from countless cultures. This incredible richness isn’t just beautiful; it’s the very essence of our planet’s vibrancy.

Yet, a harsh reality persists: exclusion, both subtle and blatant. Biases, hidden and overt, and ingrained social structures create invisible walls in our daily lives, limiting our families, friendships, workplaces, and the communities we hold dear.

This is where thought-provoking questions encourage self-reflection, sparks engaging discussions, and ignite change:
  • How can we cultivate self-awareness of our own biases?
  • How can we create safe spaces for groups and communities to feel comfortable, open up, and freely discuss issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion?
  • How can we intervene, call out bias, or navigate conversations about inclusion?
  • How can we foster inclusive spaces that embrace and celebrate differences?
  • How can we adopt, adapt, and design tools to facilitate inclusive interactions?
  • How can we design processes to ensure that voices of marginalised and underrepresented groups and communities are heard and their participation is meaningful?

Join us to unpack the power of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through engaging games, interactive exercises, thought-provoking discussions, and explore tools and strategies for fostering inclusive and belonging communities.

We welcome anyone passionate about reimagining a better future:
  • professionals from business, industry and CSRs
  • programme managers, trainers, facilitators, researchers working in social change initiatives
  • mobilisers, activists, volunteers, those working with groups and communities
  • teachers, academics, students, those working in the space of education
  • young people aged 15-18 (accompanied by a chaperone)

Are you willing to be challenged and challenge the status quo?

facilitate workshops

We facilitate processes that encourage dialogue, analysis and provoke a rethink on the dominant power relations and explore rights, gender, participation and communication to challenge the "culture of silence".

We carry out learning needs assessments (LNAs), design and develop modules and handbooks, facilitate workshops, provide handholding support and document learning processes.

Our workshops bring together participants from diverse backgrounds. Our past workshops have been attended by community volunteers, development workers from non-profits, donor agencies & government departments; activists from campaigns & movements; theatre and media practitioners; students and faculty members, children and young people, farmers and workers.

We invite you to an exciting, engaging and enriching learning journey! If you would like to host or participate in any of our workshops, please email [email protected]
