Check-in begins at 5 pm on Monday, November 30, followed by evening tea and dinner. Participants are expected to reach the venue that evening. The workshop will begin on Tuesday, December 1 at 9 am. ​The workshop will close on Friday, December 4 at 4 pm. Check-out by 5pm.

Anju and Prabir work with a rights-based, process-oriented approach to participation, communication and facilitation. Their work brings together stories, experience, critical reflection and collective imagination to question dominant narratives and explore possibilities for social and ecological justice.

Participation Fees
₹30,000/- per participant
includes shared rooms, food (veg & non veg), workshop resources, AC working space, and GST

How do we make sense of the world around us?

Where do the meanings we hold come from? Who shapes them? And what happens when we begin to question them?

How do our identities, experiences and locations influence the way we see the world? How do power and privilege shape what we consider to be true, important or possible?

How do participation and communication shape the way people engage with one another? What does it mean to facilitate processes that enable people to listen, reflect, question and act?

Can stories help us see what we may otherwise overlook? Can dialogue help us listen differently and question our assumptions?

​What happens when we pause to examine the words and ideas we use so easily — development, change, participation, community, empowerment, justice?

What might it mean to make meaning differently?

What if we step into these questions together — to notice what we have come to believe, question what we take for granted, and explore what else might be possible?
